healthy, delicious & easy lunch for everyone

Happy Saturday! 

I just made a really healthy and easy lunch for adults and kids! 
6 cup muffin tin
6 beaten eggs
broccoli or spinach 
6 pieces of ham

place each piece of ham in the greased muffin tin, pour eggs, cheese and broccoli in. bake for 25 minutes at 350*
