Day 8: Passions

March 13, 2012

  1. Strong and barely controllable emotion.
  2. A state or outburst of such emotion.
rage - ardour - ardor - anger - love

After reading the definition, I'm not sure that I have a strong and barely controllable emotion for anything. . . but I'll take a stab at it.

It's no secret that I'm a grammar princess (the nicer form of grammar nazi).
I have these posters in my office. Semicolons can be difficult, apostrophes are not. It stuns me to see improper use of apostrophes. People really go out of their way to find the wrong way to use an apostrophe. Does it confuse them when they see one used correctly?
Should I have said apost'roph'e's?

I'm not perfect and I'll be the first to admit it, but I have an obsession for perfection in my head. I overanalyze and critique everything. I have the perfect world, perfect decorations, perfect body and etc dreamed up in my head. I'll never live up to my expectations and ideas of perfection, but I can sure try. My busy schedule and procrastination gets in the way. Perfection is a passion and an obsession.

I am successful. I'm passionate about always being more successful than I am now. This includes always staying busy, always having new prospects and possibilities. I'm unstoppable.

I'm always asking questions, doing research and reading articles. Whether it's knowing everything about a product, city or brand, I strive to know about it. It makes sense that I always wanted to be a lawyer or journalist- I want. to. know. everything.

I love my family and I love being happy. I have a passion for being happy with my happy family.

This list was a little harder than I thought it would be after reading the definition. What are your passions?
